Hosting, refinements and what happens next
Your included 30 days of hosting start when your first tested private preview becomes available. Public launch is a separate choice. Refinement requests are two consolidated rounds within 30 days of that first working preview. New applications or major additions are separate scope.
After the included hosting, optional managed hosting is $49 per app per month with your explicit agreement. Without renewal, your public app pauses. You have 30 more days to download or reactivate, followed by 12 additional months in a private dormant archive. Restoring an archived app can require rebuilding and testing.
Managed apps include $5 of actual provider-cost AI usage, separate from building and hosting. At zero, only AI features pause. An optional $10 top-up adds $5 of provider-cost usage; there are no automatic top-ups.
If the approved core workflow is still undelivered by the end of the event, you can choose a full $75 refund or assisted completion on an agreed date.

Report anything that fails your approved requirements as a defect. Those corrections do not use an improvement round. For changes within your original app scope, gather your feedback into one consolidated round.
Your app hosting and saved work
Your app hosting is separate from event editing and recording access. Optional continued hosting is $49 per app per month and requires your separate agreement. Nothing renews or charges automatically.
Your app's AI allowance
This allowance pays for AI used inside your app. It is separate from building your app. When it runs out, only AI features pause. There are no automatic charges.
